K-12 graduates in the Philippines are struggling to land a job according to a news source. This is because of the job mismatch and "education requirement" issues experienced by the Senior High School Graduates. Companies are still in the phase of transition, but for how long? There are skilled and equipped students who can do the job better but, weren't able to meet their "education requirement".
While companies here in the country are wasting the skills and talent of the Senior High School Graduates, there are better-paying companies abroad who are in need of it! In fact, over the years the freelancing industry skyrocketed with better work-from-home opportunities, incentives, and time freedom.
